AMY COTTAGE
- 3 bedroom spacious cottage with formal lounge, kitchen/dining and ample off street parking for up to 3 vehicles.
Air conditioned and renovated, Amy Cottage offers the charm of yesteryear with original features such as stained glass windows as constructed in 1940, but with modern comforts expected today. Amy Cottage will accommodate up to 6 guests in queen x 2 beds and 2 x king single beds.
There is also an undercover BBQ area as well as outdoor seating in the garden.
Amy Cottage has complimentary WiFi and reverse cycle heating and air conditioning for guest comfort.
Tea/Coffee/Hot chocolate as well as biscuits and guest toiletry supplies are provided to help you get settle in.
Minimum stay of 2 nights, however Christmas and Easter a 5 night minimum stay generally applies.
Rate is for 1 - 4 persons. Additional guest up to house maximum of 6 guests at applicable extra rate. Adults $45 per person per night. Children 2-15 years $35/person/night.

HOPKINS ON CHARLES
- 4 bedroom 2 bathroom grand fully furnished residence with ample parking for up to 3 vehicles.
Hopkins on Charles was built in 1934 and still contains most period features of the time, such as original plate and picture rails, huge Tasmanian Blackwood skirting boards, to add to your stay experience.
There are two huge master bedrooms with one having it's own ensuite and bath. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each contain twin king single beds.
There is a well equipped kitchen with wall oven and hot plates and a small 4 seat dining setting. Next door to the kitchen is the formal dining room with seating for up to another 8 guests. Adjacent this is the formal sunroom with comfortable leather seating each with their own poof to put your feet up on. Additionally there is also a formal lounge with ample seating and a large LCD TV, DVD player and DVD library.
Of course you also have your own fully equipped laundry.
For guest comfort Hopkins on Charles is centrally heated and fully air conditioned
Outside their is an undercover veranda , outdoor table and chairs as well as a BBQ. and private lawn area.
