The tearooms have been a well-known refreshment spot in the Dandenong Ranges for tourists and locals alike since the 1950’s and have featured Australian gifts and souvenirs for sale as well as refreshments such as light lunches and Devonshire Teas.
The area surrounding the building has also been popular with visitors due to its outdoor picnic and BBQ facilities, bush walking tracks, disabled facilities and ample parking. The towering Mountain Ash gums and flocks of native birds that come to be hand fed also makes this venue a “must see” destination for thousands of Australian and international tourists each year.
