Upstairs has a 3 large bedrooms , kitchen bathroom with shower cubical + bath tub, separate toilet. Downstairs is a large rumpus room for all ages or 4th bedroom with 2 single beds. The property has a fenced grass section so your kids can play safe without accessing the water or drive way. Upstairs deck is also child friendly for toddlers.

The convenient location is only a 40 metre stroll to the lake edge with a large reserve and the world famous Waititi stream right there. Ideal spot for kayaking, paddle boarding, a game of cricket, yoga and meditation or fly fishing.

The property includes Wifi to help you keep up to date with the real world while you enjoy a family holiday or fishing trip.
