“Nostimon Hellas” is a name inspired from the famous phrase of Homer's Odyssey "Nostimon Imar". "Imar" means day and " Nostimon " means the sweetness of return , although nowadays is used as palatable/tasty.
Our restaurant "Nostimon Hellas" symbolizes the sweetness of Hellas/ Greece. It symbolizes the nostalgia of returning to the authentic and pure taste of Greek products, prepared with love, passion, imagination and respect, so that we can create a meal as “Nostimon” as nutritious.
