The Glebe is a café, restaurant, public gardens, farm shop, and venue. We are a family run business committed to the highest quality food, sustainable and respectful methods of growing, cooking, and entertaining. The Glebe is based in a 5 acre beautiful public garden overlooking Church Strand, Baltimore, developed over the past 20 years by Jean and Peter Perry. It is now run by their four daughters - Tessa, the head chef, Mia- the business advisor, Keziah - front of house manager and JoJo - the baker. The produce from the garden provides the inspiration and often the main ingredients of the food that we make and serve in the café and restaurant. The Gardens include an outdoor amphitheater where we host music and theatre events throughout the summer. The award winning café and restaurant serves creative and contemporary menus guided by the seasons and food producers of the region.
