Bay Tree House Bed and Breakfast occupies a prime location in the unspoiled seaside town of Seaton with just a short walk into town and onto the Esplanade and the mile long pebble beach. Seaton is located on the beautiful Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site with the South West Coastal Footpath running through it. Close by is the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Seaton Wetlands which is an area for many wild migratory and native birds.

Bay Tree House is situated overlooking the local Bowling Green, Jubilee Clock Tower and the newly opened Jurassic themed Crazy Golf. It is a three storey terraced Victorian property retaining many charming original period features, but with the modern facilities such as Wi-Fi, en-suite and TV guests expect from B&B holiday accommodation. We have easy access and private off road parking for three vehicles at the rear of the house. There is also free public parking at the front of the house and a reasonably priced public car park a short stroll away. We have a secure area for bikes – just let us know in advance.

We pride ourselves on a warm welcome, with home made cakes and tea on arrival. The rooms are light and spacious with comfortable beds and sea views from the front of the house. Our breakfasts are freshly prepared using locally sourced food where possible. Choose from the side board, freshly prepared fruit salad, home made yoghurt and granola etc.
