Housed in an old Victorian courtyard and surrounded with stunning gardens, Hilton Court is the ideal destination for some retail therapy, sample great food or simply somewhere to relax. Within the courtyard you have the Restaurant, photographic gallery, gift shop and working pottery.
The main attraction is the 8 acres of woodland, gardens, ponds and glass tropical dome. Nestled within the woodlands are 4 enchanting houses which are all sympathetically designed and built by the owner Peter Lynch. Badger’s hall, Squirrel lodge, Hoglet Hollow and the elfi house are a highly interactive designed environment to provide children and their families with experiences that delight and amaze.
We are trying to encourage more people and children that nature can be fun, interesting and generally is good for your health. There is a minimal fee to enter the gardens but this money is put straight back into creating more paths, seating areas, educational and informative equipment that we can offer to visitors.
Here at Hilton food is something that is close to our hearts. We offer a variety of dining experiences to suit different moods and weather!
The Gardener’s Restaurant offers home cooked dishes using only the finest ingredients sourced as locally as possible. Made fresh daily in house, our delicious menu is full of choice from hearty Winter warming dishes to Summer salads and creative deserts. You can either eat in the old stable, cosy and warm for an intimate experience or when the sun is shining relax in the old Victorian courtyard with a bottle of wine and birds singing.
Then we have the woodland café overlooking the beautiful gardens that are at the heart of Hilton court. The rustic wooden cafe is the perfect place to bask in the sun and watch the world go by. With an array of coffees, home made cakes and light lunches the balcony that overlooks the lakes and woodlands creates a welcoming, family-friendly environment. You can take coffees and ice cream out into the stunning gardens which have become to be known as Pembrokeshire’s best kept secret.
