A Segway allows you to cover more ground than walking, while enjoying fresh air and the flexibility to cruise through narrow passages and stop as often as you like. Choose from a 1- or 2-hour tour, and begin your Segway adventure in central Nice, where you’ll meet your local guide and get comfortable riding the self-balancing electric scooter with a 15-minute training.

1-Hour Tour: Cruise down the elegant seafront Promenade des Anglais to observe a slice of daily life in Nice, and then explore the colorful, open-air Cours Saleya flower market. Continue on to Place Rosetti in Old Town (Vieux Nice), a charming square where you can people watch and pose for photos on your Segway. Your guide will share historical facts and stories about Nice along the way. See the fish market at Place St-Francois, and admire the Italian architecture and daily buzz of Place Massena, Nice’s main square. Enjoy the 19th-century, palm-lined greenery of Jardin Albert I before concluding your tour back at the Promenade des Anglais.

2-Hour Tour: This tour follows the same itinerary as above until Place St-Francois, after which you will continue on to Place Garibaldi for a glimpse of stately Baroque buildings. Ascend to the top of Castle Hill to take in panoramic views of Nice, the Alps and the Bay of Angels. Coming up the hill, you’ll have a chance to maximize the Segway’s power and cruise at speeds up to 12 mph (20 kph).

3-Hour Panoramic Tour : Glide along the seafront from Nice to Villefranche-sur-Mer on a 3 hour Segway tour, and discover the beauty of the French Riviera from a different perspective. Hear historical anecdotes of the areas you see. Your guide can also take souvenir photos of you on your Segway during short breaks. Admire the busy Port of Nice, and see the unique fishing boats called "Les Pointus." Continue along the coast road, enjoying the sea breeze and sky-blue waters as you travel the gently rolling terrain towards Villefranche-sur-Mer.

Upon arrival in the idyllic waterfront town, discover the medieval Citadel and narrow streets. Enjoy approximately 20 minutes of free time to take photos of the impressive harbor or enjoy a snack at one of the many outdoor cafés.

Glide back to Nice, following a route that takes in the "Golden Horn" and "La moyenne Corniche". Marvel at the beauty of the landscape, and the sense of freedom the Segway gives you.
