Peacefully situated overlooking the local Bowling Green and Jubilee clock tower, yet only 200 metres from the beach and a short stroll into town, it is a three storey Victorian property retaining many charming period features, but with the modern facilities guests expect from B&B holiday accommodation.

We have FREE, easy access, private off road parking for three vehicles at the rear of the house. There is also free public parking opposite and a reasonably priced public car park a short stroll away. We have a secure area for bikes – just let us know in advance.

Excellent A very warm welcome, lovely hosts, amazing property and within easy walking distance from town sea/beach. everything anyone could ask for.
The room was very clean, bed comfortable and breakfast second to none. Will recommend to anyone needing accommodation in Seaton.

Excellent Breakfasts The best breakfast menu we have ever experienced in a B and B. Ingredients were locally sourced and our personal preference as to how they were cooked meant that we had two amazing meals. Thank You Heather and Niall for your personal care and attention.
