Peacefully situated overlooking the local Bowling Green and Jubilee clock tower, yet only 200 metres from the beach and a short stroll into town, it is a three storey Victorian property retaining many charming period features, but with the modern facilities guests expect from B&B holiday accommodation.<\/h3>\n

We have FREE, easy access, private off road parking for three vehicles at the rear of the house. There is also free public parking opposite and a reasonably priced public car park a short stroll away. We have a secure area for bikes \u2013 just let us know in advance.<\/h3>\n

I would totally recommend Bay Tree House. I was made to feel very welcome and the room was of the highest standard. I will return to Seaton in the new year and wouldn\\’t stay anywhere else.<\/span><\/div>\n

A very warm welcome, lovely hosts, amazing property and within easy walking distance from town sea\/beach. everything anyone could ask for.\nThe room was very clean, bed comfortable and breakfast second to none. Will recommend to anyone needing accommodation in Seaton.<\/span><\/div>\n

Excellent Breakfasts<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The best breakfast menu we have ever experienced in a B and B. Ingredients were locally sourced and our personal preference as to how they were cooked meant that we had two amazing meals. Thank You Heather and Niall for your personal care and attention.<\/span><\/div>\n
