In qualità di cuoca gestisco con molta cura ed attenzione l'intero approvigionamento della cucina che viene offerta, cercando di proporre soluzioni di grande gusto, in base al periodo stagionale e curate nella presentazione. Creando così sapori unici e particolari in ogni periodo dell’anno.
