Our restaurant, near Compiegne and near the exit N°9 of the highway A1, is a unique concept to discover if you are a nature lover and food hedonist.
Located in a small village around a wild lake, the restaurant is a wooden eco-construction with a sunny panoramic terrace. Whether you're inside the restaurant or on the terrace, you have a breathtaking view of the lake with it's carp and birdlife..and of course some frogs ! :-)
All our products, served by our Chef Philippe Serre , comes from the best producers and artisans with special attention given to organic and / or sustainable farming .
A portion of fruits and vegetables (according to season and weather) comes directly from our garden and orchard . The honey used in cooking also comes from our own hives placed in the park behind the lake.
Our touristic complex is also well known to be the first european carp angling center..so don't be surprised if you cross some happy anglers on the parking before entering the restaurant...
