Rosetree Blown Glass Studio and Gallery specializes in the creation of blown art glass in the Venetian style of furnace work. We have one of the largest contemporary art glass galleries in the South. 99% of the work in our gallery is created in our in-house studio. You can watch masters of the glassblowing art manipulate molten glass using two-thousand year old traditions to create one-of-a-kind art glass pieces.
Mark Rosenbaum, the owner and creative force, established the first privately owned glassblowing studio in Louisiana. His artwork and glass designs are shown extensively throughout the United States in fine craft stores and art galleries and are exhibited in numerous permanent collections.
Rosetree's "Blow your Own" events allow people to come in and make their own piece with the help of a master glass artist. Please check our schedule on our website for the dates and the objects for that date.
We are open on most Saturdays from September through May. Please call for Saturday hours.
