Review Dream Cottages

I have just come back from a week at the belmont. This was our second visit to this property in two years. I have to say it has greatly improved to the last time. We chose this property due to the excellent location however it was evident two years ago that the property was in need of some TLC and not up to standard, Dream Cottages went some way to sorting things out. This time we were delighted to find some of the much needed refurbishment had been done. On arrival this time we noticed they had thoughtfully put a cot up in one of the bedrooms for our granddaughter, we did inform them at the beginning that the cot side was broken but it would not be a problem as she was still in a carrycot and did not need it during our stay. We had a lovely stay and on departure i took a couple of photos to show we had left the place in equally as good a condition as we found it. I have to say to receive an e-mail 3 days after departure to say we were being charged for a broken microwave plate did not impresss me. We are very consciensous and had we broken it would have informed them. If you book this property it is in a lovely location but be prepared to check everything before you leave.
