Very good guide; VERY BAD CORPORATE ATTITUDE!!!

Received confirmation email 2 months before tour indicating 8:30AM departure; on day of tour received another email confirming 8:30AM departure; got to the meeting spot 15 minutes early "just to be sure" and then waited until 9:10AM - FORTY MINUTES. Saw three other tour guides from same agency who were less than enthusiastic to help. Spoke to the city Info folks who said "they are 'always late' - don't worry. That is an abuse of my limited vacation time! BE CAREFUL!
