I had the great fortune to experience Mandif' degustation par excellence, the freshest ingredients presented in the most extraordinary conceptual design. Each plate provenance was explained in the finest detail. I love Peking Duck and I cannot express the joy I felt when our dessert arrived.

If you are thinking about it new food dining experience then try Blanco Par Mandif. This is a once in a lifetime culinary experience. Almost all possible kitchen techniques were used to make the evening a memorable one. An evening filled with beautiful plate pictures and exploding mouth feelings all based on Indonesian ingredients. The 7 set menu was accompanied by a perfect wine/cocktail pairing.

Me and my family were in Ubud in July this year. We were lucky enough to visit Blanco's, what an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived,we were greeted by the very friendly knowledgeable and professional staff. We were treated like special guest! OMG, the Food was absolutely spectacular, the flavors gastronomic, the presentation of the food was without doubt one of the best experiences we have. Absolutely delicious food! Lovely and friendly staff, great service and atmosphere. Would come back again to try another food!
