I booked the 3 day Massai Mara safari with this group, paid in advance, and they left me stranded at the hotel in Nairobi. I tried emailing, texting, calling, and Facebooking them with no success. The hotel I was staying at tried to contact them, as did the lodge I was booked into for the safari. I have tried to contact them in a variety of different ways over the last 10 days with NO response from them.
Don't book with this group.
