I booked a tour through Viator for a tapas tour, I was at the right place ahead of time, ready, willing, and able to take the tour. I stood around waiting and watching for someone to announce the tour or make it clear there was a tour. Never happened. They basically claimed others checked in and I was too stupid to go up to everyone and ask if they were a tour, Not my job, The tour operator is supposed to make it obvious. Then instead refused a $60 refund, These guys are so cheap of desperate for money, they engaged in long and back and forths about why it was not their fault, They could not man up and just say something went wrong and here is your refund, They spent more time and money trying to hold on to my $60. They are pathetic. These guys in my opinion are losers and unprofessional Look elsewhere.

very bad paella cooking lessons

we booked the following paella cooking lesson today, 12.11.22
Interaktiver spanischer Kochkurs in Barcelona
with the female cook nedia …
it was such a disappointing and negative experience.
we were 8 people and 7 out of 8 told nedia that they never had
such a bad experience with so less cooking practice. everything
was prepared or coming out of tetra or plastic packs …
the sangria was 80% Fanta without any fresh fruits, the tappas
were chorizo, ham and cheese from the metro out of a plastic
pack … nothing was prepared or cooked by us.
the cook was very unfriendly and she reacted aggressively when
we told her that we we are really disappointed.
after she prepared the paella and we were eating, another cook
came in and they started yelling at each other and he tried to
throw us out …
sorry, but paying 55,— euro per person for this event is not ok …
