Learn to Cook 3 delicious Khmer dishes (Appetizer, Main Dish, Dessert) with Chef Lily. Enjoy your meal at our patio after class (surrounded by the garden).
Including a visit to a fresh produce Market, visit to the garden, Free Drinks, Transport (Free tuk-tuk pick up/drop-off in town), cookbooks and certificates.
Vegan/vegetarian friendly. Open everyday. Maximum of 6 guests.
Menu morning class (9am to 1pm): Fresh spring rolls with chicken and homemade peanut sauce, Lort Cha: wok-fried thick short rice noodles and chicken, Pumkin in coconut cream and egg.
Menu afternoon class (3pm to 7pm): Green mango salad with chicken, Cambodian chicken red curry, Banana in coconut cream.
