Malaka Spice started almost two decades ago in 1997 and the
owners / chefs drew inspiration from the various delicacies they experienced around Southeast Asia
through their travel and research from 1989 onwards. Malaka Spice serves ‘inspired, not imitated’ South
East Asian cuisine. Our travel inspired food is still a continuous journey based on the numerous
travels by our teams and founders to Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and
Myanmar. We serve dishes that have been loved over the years that are our interpretation of traditional
South East Asian recipes and hence are not meant to be authentic.Through the years, Malaka Spice has
received much love and garnered patrons from Pune, other cities of India and several foreign countries.
Known for its warm hospitality, fun-filled events, art and an exquisite food and beverage menu, Malaka Spice
is a must visit for everyone, across age categories. It also plays host to budding artists, painters,
musicians and is an integral part of the city’s cultural zeitgeist. Today, Malaka Spice has three
restaurants in Pune, 1 restaurant at Vallonne Vineyards, Nashik, 1 restaurant in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad and 1 restaurant in Hotel Grande Delmon Panjim Goa. Malaka Spice, Hyderabad has 2 seating sections - AC section and outdoor seating as well.
