A celebration of Sri Lanka’s seafood, Ministry of Crab is Sri Lanka’s first restaurant dedicated to serving export quality lagoon crabs. Housed in the beautiful 400 year old Dutch Hospital, the restaurant is the brain child of celebrated chef and restaurateur Dharshan Munidasa and Sri Lankan Cricketing Legends Mahela Jayawardane and Kumar Sangakkara.
The Crabs are the ‘stars of the show’ at Ministry of Crab, with signature dishes such as Chilli Crab, Pepper Crab and Baked Crab on the menu. The restaurant also showcases the amazingly large King Prawns from Sri Lanka's rivers and has a selective range of accompaniments including a variety of rice dishes and vegetarian sides.
