Saras first Fine Food Restaurant opened in 2010. Conveniently located in downtown Bangkok it offers an extensive range of high quality vegetarian food using traditional ingredients, sourced locally where possible and imported when necessary. The company is uncompromising on quality, its mission statement, “Excellence in Food Making” much more than just a vision.

The menu offers succulent dishes and refreshing beverages from every region of India, created by highly qualified chefs trained in their homeland and employing traditional preparation methods. The choice is wide, with a range embracing the traditional and famous “street food” through to the richest Indian cuisine, a unique and rewarding experience in Thailand. Exceptional service with highly trained, friendly staff, in relaxing, comfortable surroundings complete the perfect dining experience.

To widen the appeal of the Saras brand, and recognizing Bangkokians’ busy lifestyles with a consequential trend towards snacking and fast food, this year, 2016, will see the launch of smaller outlets in heavy traffic locations, including malls and BTS stations, These will offer a reduced menu of Saras favorites, but, of course, with no compromise of the company’s high quality standards. It is believed that this concept offers huge growth potential for urban areas where space and rental costs are at a premium.

Furthermore, it is believed that the Saras concept is capable of being adapted to new markets, and the company has realistic aspirations to introduce Saras into other South East Asian countries where there is a significant Indian population.
