My wife and I operate three double bedrooms in our bed and breakfast. The house is situated on 4 acres, with sweeping lawns and paddocks of fruit trees and some friendly sheep. Our house is a vintage wooden house that we have re-furbished, and has been our family home since 1982.
There is a swimming pool, sundecks and recliners for use by the guests.
Parking is available outside the house, and the house is very quiet from traffic noises.
The Lavender room is situated away from the main house, and is a big comfortable room with an en-suite, heating and cooling aircon, tea and coffee in the room. The Lavender room costs $180 per night and includes a full breakfast.
Inside the house we have two further rooms, The Rose and Tulip rooms which share a private bathroom. These rooms also have tea and coffee making facilities. The house has a heating/cooling aircon system and with well insulated walls is very comfortable. The cost of these rooms is $150 double and includes a full breakfast.
