Built in 2008, our Boutique Lodge offers quality Bed and Breakfast accommodation. It is set in two acres of grounds on the slopes of Mount Ngongotaha overlooking the beautiful city of Rotorua. We have spectacular views of the countryside and city but are only eight minutes drive (6km) from the city centre. We are also very close to many of the local attractions and many others can be reached within a 30 to 60 minute drive from us.

We offer free WiFi throughout the property. There is a large outdoor seating area and garden with loungers where guests can relax. The verandah is covered and has a barbeque and hot tub available for guest use.
If the weather is not suitable for sitting outside, guests can relax in the large lounge which has air conditioning or a real fire for the colder months. We also have a gym with sauna, guest computer and library.
Guests can enjoy a buffet style continental breakfast which typically includes homemade muesli, yoghurts and preserves, choice of cereals, fresh seasonal fruits, toast, cheese and ham and is included in the price.
We welcome the chance to help you make the most from your trip. Please feel free to ask for advice on attractions and restaurants – bookings can be made by your hosts on request. We are here to assist you and help you make the most of your time in our beautiful city.

Bike Friendly – We have two mountain bikes which you can borrow and we provide safe storage and bike cleaning facilities if you bring your own bikes. We have close access to the Skyline Gondola trails and we are only a short drive from the Redwood Forest mountain bike trails.

We also have 2 self-catering units for people who prefer the independence and flexibility this offers. There is a separate wooden cottage which sleeps up to 3 adults and an apartment which sleeps up to 4 adults and is ideal for two couples travelling together.
Guests may also meet and feed our six friendly alpacas and are sometimes greeted by Oscar the cat.
We feel sure that you will enjoy the peace and tranquility here and find our home a relaxing place to stay.
