Union Victoria Motel has it's own Geothermal Bore, therefore all units have cosy thermal radiator heating 24/7 all year round and we never run out of hot water.
Internet Access is via Wi-Fi. Onsite Parking for peace of mind and there is even car wash facilities. Rotorua is a great place to experience and explore by bicycle, we have bikes for hire so you can to see Rotorua up close and at your pace.
