Wairaurahiri Jet operates in Southern Fiordland all year round. 54 kilometers on New Zealand’s wildest commercially jet boat-able river. Cruise 20,kms across New Zealand's deepest lake (Hauroko), then down the wild Wairaurahiri River. Adventure, adrenalin and Fiordland’s breathtaking scenery awaits. Short guided walks and a kiwi style lunch are included.

Jet boat grade 3 rapids in our specially designed twin engine jet boat. Departs 9:15am from Clifden (on the Southern Scenic Route) or 10:00am from Lake Hauroko. Booking agent for Waitutu Lodge. For overnight stays we also link up with the South Coast track and the Hump Ridge track for tramper’s one way transport.
