Book a trip on our charter boat with Leigh; who is a qualified registered fishing guide of many years’ experience on the Tasman Sea. You can either take a saltwater fishing trip in Golden Bay or a deep sea fishing trip out to the west coast. Or choose a scenic trip into the Abel Tasman National Park, enjoy the unique scenery of the National Park’s bays from the boat.
We provide sunny spacious self-contained apartments, ground floor units have patios giving easy access to the garden, balcony level units have views of the bay. We have a selection of comfortable clean studio, one and two bedroom apartments all looking onto a hidden garden. All are fully equipped and serviced daily, all have cooking facilities, Free WiFi, Free to Air TV with DVD players Free book and DVD library. Free access to our guest salad garden, onsite laundry & BBQ area. All this is just a five minute walk to a great swimming beach at Pohara and a short drive to our other spectacular beaches at Tata Beach, Ligar Bay & Totaranui. We are a short drive from the northern entrance to the Abel Tasman National Park.
While staying with us you can enjoy some of the best coffee roasteries, top quality restaurants, bars, golf, hiking, swimming, rock climbing, and explore the native bush walks and reserves. Mountain biking on the Heaphy Track and many other tracks in the Bay. We are one of the closest motels to Abel Tasman National Park’s northern gate. A short drive to Wainui Falls, The Grove Scenic Reserve, Abel Tasman Memorial, Rawhiti Cave, Te Waikoropupû Springs, Collingwood, Farewell Spit.
