Cruise to the famous Mine Bay Maori Rock Carvings and around the picturesque bays of Lake Taupo. A full commentary is given on the volcanic history and Maori mythology surrounding Lake Taupo.
Relax on a 1 ½ hour scenic cruise on Lake Taupo on our newly refurbished Cruise Cat, the best and most comfortable boat on the lake to take coming into the cooler months. It is fully enclosed and wheelchair friendly with large outdoor decks allowing a closer view of the carvings.
The 1.30pm scenic cruise offers a 'Taste of Taupo' where our crew will explain trout fishing techniques on Lake Taupo and set up a fishing line. You might even be able to sample some trout if we catch one. We generally do, so this is one trip you shouldn’t miss!
Free tea/coffee and homemade muffin on board.

Cruises depart daily at 10.30am and 1.30pm with a 5pm cruise in summer.
