Theo’s Cottage is set inside Ngā Manu Nature Reserve and provides a wonderful, unique short stay-over option for visitors to Kāpiti. The Ngā Manu Nature Reserve is open to the public between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm and so your get to enjoy it to yourselves outside of these hours. The cottage is self-contained and sleeps two adults and two children comfortably. Enjoy bird-watching from the comfort of your living room or deck with a view out over the main pond. Located just five minutes drive from shops, bakery, takeaway, cafes/bars, outdoor summer pool, parks, numerous bush walks, stunning beach and river it makes for the perfect get-away at any time of year.
Rates start at $100 - $140 per night for 2 people (depending on season). Your accommodation cost covers entry into the Reserve during your stay. Pillows, blankets and towels are provided for each guest. Full bed linen is available for each bed by prior request ($10 per person). Please bring sleeping bags for children. Check-in is between the hours of 2 pm and 4:30 pm and check-out is by 10:30 am the following day. Please phone us or visit our website to make a booking.
