In combination with breath, the yoga posture works on the consciousness level and the human equilibrium.
After all, yoga has a soothing effect and strengthens the mind.
Yoga is also a spiritual journey that gives people the space to discover their own possibilities in a way that is best suited to them.
Meditation places the body and mind in a state of deep tranquillity. During meditation breathing becomes calmer and as a result the level of lactic acid in the blood reduces. This provides greater stability of the autonomic nervous system and lowers tension.
BreathTherapy is a combination of breathing and yoga postures. In order to assist you during treatment, breathing is carefully observed and advice is offered on different ways to improve your breathing.
Ayurvedic massage makes use of a centuries old technique to bring the body and mind to a state of deep relaxation. This massage technique activates metabolism and as a result causes waste substances to be removed.
Participants can stay/retreat for several days for restorative/relaxing yoga sessions and meditation sessions.
