The Delight Bistro is one of the most tasty Fresh restaurant with a méditerranéen touch in Sint-Maarten.
The chef ( Eric ) and his wife ( Nelly) are the owner and run together perfectly the place. Nothing goes out the kitchen till the chef consider is perfect and his wife run the floor with a professionnal eye and give a friendly atmospher to make everyone feel like home. The Perfect Team. They give a particular eye on the cleaness of the place from the kitchen to the floor and do not forget the restroom. Everything as to be on their image....perfect.

All the meat, fish and vegetables are fresh and organic. Everything cooked as to be very tasty. Eric give a particular attention to the quality of the products he use. The french chef , originally Italian from his mother and Spanish from is father, give to his cooking the perfect European taste.
He propose also for aperitifs time ,a large choices of Real Spanish Tapas and goes himself in Spain twice a year choose himself the perfect ingredients. Born in the South-Ouest of France ,he learn with the biggest French Chefs ( 3 stars Michelin: Roger Vergé, Michel Guerard , Alain Ducasse ), how to make the best" Foie Gras" Of the World.

Here the allergies are taking very seriously,a special room is affected for the preparations of any allergy meal .Anyone got allergy , just has to mention it to the head manager during his ordering and the chef will personalize the meal.

Nelly , who used to be Sommelier in France , give a particular attention to the wine list and always find the perfect combination with your meal.In collaboration with the best wine cellar of the Island ,she can find any particular wines and always need to find some new delights to taste .She propose every days a large choice of wines by the glass to satisfied every one.
