Custom Menus and Concepts
While we do provide our standardized menus as a guideline based on our most popular requests – what we really enjoy doing is flexing our creative muscles and involving the client in the developmental process. We incorporate the finest fresh ingredients from the Virgin Islands, including our own garden and fishing charters, to create a menu based on your preferences. This ensures a unique menu targeted especially for you- and one that promises a unique Virgin Islands experience.

Gracious, Hospitable Staff
In an inherently transient field and on a small island like St John, it can be hard to retain quality personnel. St John Catering doesn’t experience this problem. Our chefs are experienced in all types of cuisine and all of our front and back of the house family are seasoned veterans that come by way of internal recommendations and pooled from St John’s finest restaurants.

Clean as a Whistle
You may have just hosted a huge party with tons of food and friends, but you’d never know it by looking at the place when we’re done. We have a reputation for leaving venues as clean (or cleaner!) than we found them. Our staff takes great care to respect the integrity of the kitchen and venue and promise to leave it sparkling clean.
