When we first came to Boquete, we realized there were really no places taking full advantage of what the Chiriquí province has to offer: fresh, natural and abundant ingredients that feed all of Panama! That was when we decided that Colibrí would be just that, an authentic farm to table restaurant where we source from small, local producers whenever possible, where we don't add preservatives or chemicals to our food to make it last longer and where we could offer simple but delicious and creative dishes in the most beautiful setting you could imagine!
This is a dream that is built day by day, we are a small, family run business looking to make people happy. As simple as that. Along with our wonderful team, we work to innovate, reinvent and offer you only the best while keeping it simple, as it should be.
