The Pavilion is an independently owned & run Brasserie set within the luxury surroundings of St Pierre Park Hotel & Golf Resort, Guernsey's only true resort hotel.
Desserts and Afternoon Teas (all homemade) are a must & are served on the alfresco terrace during summer months.
Overlooking the nine hole Par 3 Golf Course & Tennis Courts, The Pavilion is situated adjacent to Guernsey's most exclusive Health Club & Spa.
Open throughout the day & also weekend evenings, The Pavilion's award winning Menus feature fabulous fresh Guernsey Seafood, traditional regional dishes and much more, with a heavy focus on utilising the vast array of locally grown & produced quality ingredients.
Guests are equally welcomed for Morning Coffee, Light Lunches or Three Course Menus, perhaps spend the day sampling a genuine Guernsey Afternoon Tea or simply sipping a glass of Prosecco or Pimms Cocktail.
