Marc Hoet is behind the fire in a cozy open kitchen from Thursday till Monday.
The menu is rather limited but you can count the products are fresh and a preparation as you would do at home. Marc consciously tries to balance "talk" and "eat" and tries to keep everything as spontaneous as possible.
Frequently there is a suggestion that will appear on the website and do not forget that the kitchen is open until midnight which is still an asset in the region. On Sunday and Monday until 22:30!
