Bienvenue - Welcome to Restaurant Bacchus

Bacchus' characteristic is Stephane's interpretation of classic French cuisine based on taste, craftsmanship and pride in homemade products.

Behind the restaurant Bacchus says Stephane Libourel.

Stephane was born in Condrieu - a small village south of Lyon, which is especially known for their wine production.

He trained both chef and pastry chef in Lyon. His gastronomic journey has led him both to Aberdeen, London, Aarhus and Odense.

In Odense Stephane previously been co-owner of Al Dente and brasserie.
