Spisegalleriet i a family owned restaurant placed in Vejle Center. We are a modern steakhouse and offer delicious steaks and food in very high quality with focus on the good taste. We opened the restaurant in 2008 and since then we have succeed with our tasty meat and fresh ingredients, which are specially selected and tested from our suppliers around the World, because we only want the best of the best.

Our own personalty shines through the whole restaurant, where our most important focus lies on:
-Uncompromising food quality. We cook and make everything from scratch, and we are not afraid of saying, that you never get a better steak other places.
-Competent and present service. It is Alpha Omega for us to make the best evening out to our guests.
-Cozy decor with a lot of personality, which makes our guests feeling home and comfortable.

A little bit more about our food:
We have different kinds of beef slices in sizes, which match exactly your appetite. Example. Beef tenderloin (eye fillet), rib eye steak, fillet of beef (entrecote), veal tenderloin, lamb tenderloin...
You can also try one of our starters or desserts, which are specially developed after our own list of favourite food. Example. Carpaccio, escargots, creme brûlée and last but not least ¨Chef's favourite¨with rum and raisins.
We also have a mouthwatering freshly cut salad bar with flavorful specialities and seasonal salads.
To a tasty and juicy steak belongs a good wine... We have also selected all our wines, so they match our dishes perfectly.

We live in cozy decorated rooms with a relaxed, friendly and warm atmosphere, where you can lean back and enjoy a nice evening out. The decor tells a lot about the owners personalty and style with unique solutions like selfdesigned Wine Rack in dark wood, Wood Racks with old things and books, a comfy sofa corner and photo art and pretty paintings on the walls.
In summertime we have a nice terrace with comfy chairs and tables and a lots beautiful of flowers where you can feel the vibrant city life...
