Our all-day bar Nudo, in the district Maxvorstadt/Schwabing is a test lab for the idea of a young, urban and sustainable gastronomy. We don’t serve Fast Food, but fast Slow Food. We love pasta & fresh salads, good coffee & homemade cake, regional fish & meat. Our creative cooks know genius recipes – full of taste and with the idea of conscious eating.
Our secret for really good food are good ingredients. No ready-made products, no flavour enhancers or genetically modified food. To the contrary – we use seasonal products and work together with manufacturers who dedicated themselves to the sustainable and ecological production of nourishment.

nudo – feel happy
nudo means “naked, transparent, open”. The semicolon in our logo is an invitation for a conscious break from the daily bustle of life. Like our offer, our interior design is straightforward and casual. Aged wood, raw walls, concrete and steel convey a sense of peace; a lot of small details make it lively. Our open counter shall be inviting – we have nothing to hide. We rather want to facilitate an open exchange with our guests ¬– about ingredients, recipes, culinary enjoyment, life and love. Not only our offer and atmosphere are natural, our team is as well. We employ people with a big heart, real smile and unique character – so that we can all be as comfortable as at a dinner party with friends.
