LISTAROS S.A (and KSA SOU) was established in the summer of 2002 from a group of old fellow students and friends that share a common passion and a common belief. A passion for Greece and Crete…and the belief that new alternative forms of tourism are feasible in Crete and more particularly in the broad region of western Messara, which, despite experiencing the negative impact of mass tourism and depopulation, remains a region known for its natural beauty and cultural heritage.
THE KSA SOU TRADIONAL GUEST HOUSES  are located in the heart of Listaros village who's  impressive architecture and untouched natural scenery has motivated the founders to seek a more traditional way to promote an alternative holiday destination in an unexplored part of South Crete.
Two old cottages build from stone, both fine examples of Cretan rural architecture, were characterized traditional and preserved by the ministry of environment,  renovated and transformed into two separate "loft syle" guesthouses that offer their guests the comforts of a contemporary accommodation. Ksa sou Guesthouses are located in the heart of Listaros village. For their renovation the basic construction materials - wood and stone - were used. The original plain cubic form of their architecture was maintained in order to preserve the “character” of a typical cottage house of the broader Mesara region . At the same time, a lot of attention was paid so as to equip them  with all luxuries comforts that meet the high standards of a modern accommodation.
All three houses have balconies on the floor and are equipped with air-conditioning, heating, satellite television, stereo, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, boiler, coffee machine and cutlery. They also provide a safe, iron, iron board, hair dryer, magnifying mirror as well as free wi-fi internet connection.
