The Olive Branch has an approved Licence from the Greek Tourist Board (MHTE 1471K10000396901), a Fire Certificate, Water Quality Certificate and Public Liability Insurance.

It has been totally renovated in 2016 both inside and out - we are awaiting new pictures to show you..... However, you can visit the website in order to get an idea....

It is set in 4000sq m of olive grove with well stocked gardens full of flowers, herbs and fruit trees. It was built by Karen and Manos in 2001 as a family home but as the birds left the nest it was time to share it with the rest of the world...... It is a very special place – peaceful, private and healing……a place to get away and relax but not too far away….

The Olive Branch Villa is available for rental all year round - in the winter it is with central heating (December-March) and the views are as amazing in the Winter as they are in the Summer.... Clients travel to the Olive Branch Villa from all over the world arriving from Rhodes, Athens and Bodrum which makes it easy to get to all year round. In the summer there are direct flights to Kos.

The Villa is 174 sq mtrs and is made up of 3 levels - on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds (matrimonial) and a large bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. All bedrooms have access to the terrace that surrounds the house.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 with two single beds and one with double bed), shower room with toilet and spacious open plan kitchen/diner/living room leading on to main balcony with spectacular views down to the salt lakes and sea and over to the islands of Kalymnos and Pserimos. The sun sets over Kalymnos in the summer so the views of the sunset are incredible.

Stairs then lead up to the laundry area which leads to the roof terrace with Panoramic views - mountain as well as sea. Amazing sunsets and stargazing - there is a telescope for all the star gazing enthusiasts!!!

The house does not have air-conditioning (as we do not believe that it is healthy) as there is always a slight breeze even at the height of the summer however there are 5 free standing fans.

We hope that you have anything you need here to include 24/7 internet - WIFI, Cable TV –Sunbeds, Picnic Basket and Ice Packs, Beach Umbrellas, Beach Toys, Games, PS3, portable BBQ - if there is anything else you may need let us know and we will see what we can do!!!

Included in the price are towels (personal and beach), Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Welcome Basket with all the basics (including our own olive oil, olives and olive oil soap) – to name but a few things.

We do not have a pool (as we believe in wateer conservation plus the beaches are nearby and the sea is wonderful) but there are plenty of hosepipes around the garden too for outside showers!

We can also organise Greek Lessons, Yoga, Greek Home Cooking Courses, Greek Dancing Lessons, Hippocrates and Herbs as well as many other things you may be interested in - everything is possible - also in a variety of languages - just email us for more information.

The Olive Branch Villa is just 2 minutes’ walk away from the amazing Panorama Taverna - excellent food and wine and homely atmosphere - everyone that goes there ends up going back several times.....
