De Gregorio is an 18thcentury winery situated in the town of Sciacca, on the southwestern coast of Sicily. It borns around a visitable13th century watchtower.
Due to its volcanic soil, this territory has always been suitable for prestigious wine production. The cellar offers the possibility to do a guided tour inside, with an explanation of the production cycle and aging techniques, with 4 types of wine
tasting directly from the tanks.
The ancient ‘700 winery, today is became a tasting hall and a restaurant, where the chef prepare traditional Sicilian dishes to be matched with our wines.
