La Terrazza Vacation Rental is a gracious house on the Sorrento Hills that offers tranquillity and a wonderful sea view, located at just 2,5 Km from the center of Sorrento and 900 mts. from Sant'Agnello center.
It is a four room House of 125 sq mt fully conditioned, composed of an entrance, kitchen-livingroom, and dining area with double bed-settee and balcony with a view over the garden and three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a XL shower and one with a Large shower. On the roof there is a panoramic and exclusive sun terrace of 70 sq mt with open shower, sun beds, sun umbrellas, tables, chairs, gazebo and barbecue. Free reserved car parking is 70 mt far from the House.
The furnishings of the House are new, simple and comfortable.
The sea with public and private beaches is at 2 Km, the port where you can catch the fast hydrofoils for the island of Capri, Ischia, Naples and Positano at 2.5 Km, train station for excursions to Pompei and Herculaneum at 1 Km.
In winter, to use the gas warmer, pay only the gas consumed, 5 euros per mc. We are open all year round.

La Terrazza Vacation Rental sits in the promontory over looking the sea and the towns of Sant'Agnello and Piano di Sorrento. Situated in an enchanting lemons and oranges garden, La Terrazza offers an exceptional vista of the sea and coastline.
Set among lovely hanging gardens which are typical of the Sorrento Coast, the property is in an area particularly rich in vineyards, gardens and lemon trees. The House is located in a quiet little village named Maiano, where are the Church, the butcher, the delicatessen, the tobacconist, the bar, the pizzeria and the travel agency.

how to arrive: The property can be easily reached by bus, train or car and there is private parking. It is a short walk down to the beach at La Marinella, or by bus to Sorrento Marina Grande where there are several excellent restaurants, boat rental services and a scuba diving centre.
If You arrive by car, there are reserved parkings not far from the apartment. The Sant’Agnello railway station is about 900 meters away, and by train You can easily reach Pompeii, Naples etc.

tips: The nearest beach is La Marinella, which is 1300 meters away: You can go there on foot if You feel like, but If You decide to go by car, there is a car parking there. That beach is a typical Sorrento beach and You’ll find a lot of bathing establishments where umbrellas, deckchairs and a bar are available and where kids can safely swim.
Sorrento area is located on a platform of a volcanic stone, 50 meters above the sea-level and there aren’t many beaches.That is the reason why You’ll see so many wooden bathing establishments here. If You look for a large beach in Sorrento area, You should go to Alimuri beach (4 Km away from the Holidays House La Terrazza) – payment car parking available.
A curiosity: if You rent the Holidays House La Terrazza, consider also that each week a street market is arranged. Besides, on Monday every week in Sant’Agnello e Piano di Sorrento (about 2 Km away from La Terrazza) You can go to the local street market where You can find anything.
