Pian del Nasso is situated in a quiet valley 4 km from Piana Crixia beside a regional park with streams and rolling hills up to 600 m high. The tranquillity guarantees a pleasant stay for nature lovers. In Piana Crixia there are several restaurants, some general food stores, a butcher, post office and a pharmacy.
In 2017 Pian del Nasso is a small and successful high-end holiday residence. The existing accommodations distinguish themselves by authentic buildings, adequate renovations, availability of today’s standards for convenience and comfort like a tasteful decoration, fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi and swimming pool. And most important: absolute privacy is guaranteed by lots of private space, nature everywhere around, beautiful views and... silence and peacefulness. Pian del Nasso is surrounded by a hilly open landscape with meadows and woods.

There are four holiday lets on 8 hectares, each with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, in Mulino also a dishwasher), satellite TV and DVD, wi-fi internet (for Borgo at our pool), outdoor space with garden chairs and much privacy (in and around Mulino and Rustico suited for naturism), central heating, parking and there is a heated pool (12 x 5 m) for the guests. Pets are welcome after preliminary consultation. Smoking is allowed.

Cascina – 2-6 persons (separate part of the farmhouse) has its own entrance, is situated on the first floor and comprises a kitchen-living room, a bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, 2 washbasins) and a double bedroom. There is central heating. In the living room a comfortable double sofa bed. On request there is an extra double bedroom with bathroom available (on the ground floor, with its own entrance).

Rustico – 2-7 persons with a lot of privacy: in and around this house even suited for naturism. Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, dinner corner and sleeping room (two singles). Via an external staircase (1st fl.): 2 connected rooms: the sitting room and double sleeping room. Bathroom, only reachable from outside. Furthermore: little garden house with 3 single beds (only in summer).

Mulino – 2-6 persons. In June 2011 we completed the restoration of the old watermill, originally constructed around 1750. The watermill on the estate Pian del Nasso is a very special rental because of its history, location and appearance. Besides the authentic restored part of the mill, the living part consists of the living room (wooden loft), a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, a modern and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and a covered outside veranda. Around the mill there are terraces with garden furniture and in around the mill it is suited for naturism. The mill has 2 to 6 beds and through your own path (75 m) one has access to the swimming pool.

Our romantic cottage in the Borgo is furnished for 2 persons (a crib can be added) and has its own parking place (behind the cottage), a little garden with panoramic view, a front garden and the cottage itself with a balcony and a little terrace. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and on the first floor a sitting room and a kitchen. The cottage is tastefully and completely furnished. The Borgo has central (floor)heating.
Wi fi available at our pool at 5 km distance.

Prices depend on season; prices are for 2 people (king-size bed) and for every additional person we charge 10-15 euro per day. We charge 60 euro/week (or stay) for final cleaning; bed linen and towels are included.
Pets are free - Free use of heated swimming pool 12 x 5 m – Free wifi - Sheets and towels are provided. Upon request we can provide you with a starter hamper.

Furthermore we have a big new house for rent in the next village Merana (Piemonte), for 8 people. The cost is very low (600 euro/week) because there is no pool (and no use of our pool).
