We are not chefs, we're just passionate about cooking, popular food sometimes contaminated from our travels around the world. The grandmother who had an organic farm has taught us so much ancient Tuscan recipes.

Recycling, not waste, the redone typical Tuscan cooking are taught in this course, in the kitchen of our organic farm.

It takes half a day and will start with a stroll in our organic garden Synergetic for grocery shopping vegetables and seasonal fruits, spices and flavorings. After going back home to put on your apron and hat, a good wash hands and ready for cooking from appetizers to desserts. After the preparazine we will accommodate at the table and we will enjoy what we have prepared.
