We can organize everything: from birthday parties, all kinds of anniversaries, baptism, Confirmation and First Holy Communion celebrations, graduation parties and, of course, wedding receptions.
We pay particular attention to details so you can enjoy this unique setting.
Our wide offer includes aperitif with themed culinary tables dotted around the open floor space or fine tasting menus with classic table service set up very elegantly.
THEMED PARTIES
The staff are very professional and experienced and come up with fresh ideas for our clients in designing their themed parties. There are specially selected menus and a designed setting to match the theme.
BUSINESS EVENTS
Our wonderful location offers a magnificent sea view that that can be appreciated at business events, from simple work breakfasts to the most exclusive banquets, all characterized by a personalized menu.
The VMB can be reserved exclusively for your event, or partially based on your needs and the number of guests.
If opt for your own private event, you can also organize entertainment of all kinds even with live music, or simply request an audio-video installation for short presentations during the evening.
Companies will find a well adapted place to organise dinners as well as a number of guests. The spaces of the location are ideal also to organize presentations of products and conventions. Furthermore, the structure offers opportunities to enjoy the spaces expressed dedicated to the business to integrate business dinners and presentations or meetings.

Our location is available for every kind of formal dinner, from more informal evenings to the most exquisite events of the city.
WEDDING LOCATION
The VMB is a unique place that can create a really special atmosphere making the celebration of special moments even more exciting. A terrace encircles the glass panels of the restaurant, offering a place to enjoy the panoramic views and is a characteristic feature of our restaurant (providing more space and options).
The delicate floral arrangements and the furniture are looked after in every detail to make our location balanced between the classical traditional taste and the modern minimalist taste.
The location of the VMB is ideal for unique events. It can host banquets of up to 240 people or parties of up to 600 people adapting the setting to the number of people. Special menus are personalized for every ceremony.
BUSINESS LUNCH
The Business Lunch Menu is available from Monday to Friday from midday and it allows you to organize business meeting or short relaxing breaks in a sunny place with fish, meat or vegetables on the menu. The setting is always beautiful with the breath-taking panoramic view of the sea. Our “business lunches” are available at the cost of 12,00 euro (including cover charge, meal of choice, desert, water or a glass of wine.)
CATERING FOR CELIACS
We pay special attention to our celiac guests by providing a selection of gluten free products and avoiding direct and indirect gluten contamination while preparing your favourite dishes.

We can prepare and personalize an elegant ‘invitation-coupon’ consisting of a free dinner for 2 or more people.
ANIMALS ARE INVITED
Pets are allowed to enter in compliance with hygiene regulations and good manners.
LOUNGE BAR
Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation on a sofa or chat with friends with chilled out and depp music. There is a wide range of spirits and cocktails that are skilfully mixed by expert barmen certified by the Italian Barman Association.
VALET PARKING
We organize a valet parking service on Fridays, Saturdays and the days before public holidays during the winter period and every day during the summer period.
FREE WI-FI
Wi-Fi connection for the guests of the bar and the restaurant.
BISTRO
Our kitchen is open all day from 11.30 in the morning until 02.00 at night.
The wide menu includes everything from cold platters, salads, sandwiches to hamburgers are and finger food.
TAKE AWAY
Take away for sushi and sashimi can be reserved for lunch or dinner until midnight.
