Classic French styled restaurant with a modern twist. Owners Etienne and Eveline want to represent the typical French "bistrot" style: high quality in a relaxed atmosphere.

Chef Etienne only works with fresh seasonal products. The menu changes seasonally and offers dishes as foie gras (goose liver), Angus fillet, carpaccio, sashimi from Yellowfin tuna, smoked eel from Volendam, Dutch shrimps, Cot from the North Sea, Dutch asparagus, mussels from Zeeland.

Sommelier Eveline offers a wide range of classic and modern wines with up to twenty wines which are served by the glass. With your dinner you can choose for a special wine pairing where the sommelier serves a matching wine with each course, with explanation.

An elaborate six course dinner or just a main course, for one or up to fifty guests. But also weddings, receptions and buffets. There are plenty of possibilities!
