CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSE, PAR 72
Krakow Valley Golf & Country Club, a golf complex covering an area of 160 hectares was designed by Ronald Fream, an American from California who started his career in 1966 in the team of legendary Robert Trent Jones.
Surrounded by a dense thick forest this championship golf course (par 72) aims to satisfy every player’s requirements. Diversified tee distances which welcome both beginners (from 4.981 m from the front tee) and advanced players (up to 6.518 m from the pro tee), a unique design, wide rolling fairways and massive bunkers around the greens with high, challenging faces – all these elements combine with a typical Polish landscape to allow the whole complex to aspire to a place among the top European golf courses. And all this thanks to the beauty of the Polish landscape.
But the American character of the course is not only a question of design – technical aspects of its development worked out by the United States Golf Association are also important here. Specific norms of the course development were worked out in terms of the look and quality of the grass surface.
Krakow Valley Golf & Country Club is the official venue of European Senior Tour. Total length from the professional tee is 6 518m. Course record: 63 belongs to Ian Woosnam (June 1, 2008).
GOLF ACADEMY AND 6-HOLE COURSE, PAR 18
Admission to the Golf Academy is open to all, regardless of age or skills level. It is a perfect place for company and integration meetings with golf training.
One of the most modern training centers in Europe, it offers the following facilities:
• 6-hole course Par 18, 810 m long.
• Driving Range: tee with grass planted on two opposite sides, for 80 people; voted the best Driving Range in Poland by Golfmania’s readers
• 10 posts with roofs and lighting,
• 9 posts without roofs,
• 2 putting greens,
• chipping green with sand bunkers,
• golf trolleys, golf equipment, golf instructors, a parking site, cloakrooms, showers and toilets.
On the viewing terrace of the Golf Academy there is a summer garden with a bar ad restaurant and nearby a new golf pavilion with conference & banquet rooms up to 400 people.
HOTEL VILLA PACOLDI
The hotel offers 16 air-conditioned double rooms, each furnished with a TV set, a mini bar and a safe, including two suites and one room adapted to the needs of a handicapped person. Guests are welcome to taste excellent Polish and international cuisine in the stylish restaurant, the bar, at the barbecue site or the summer garden.
CONFERENCE & BANQUET CENTRE
There are two rooms at your disposal: arranged in a beautifully renovated coach house, a conference and banquet room with capacity of 250 people (conference) or 150 persons (banquet) and new room next to the golf course for conferences up to 400 people and parties up to 250. Conference equipment is available.
SHOOTING RANGE
Welcome to our Shooting Range, designed for sports and recreation shooting. No permission to possess guns is required!
The Shooting Range is meant for sports and recreation shooting, both for static and dynamic shooting techniques. The facility has five firing posts for handguns (25 m long) and five firing posts for rifles (50 m long).
HORSE RIDING FACILITIES
Krakow Valley Golf & Country Club - picturesquely situated on the edge of the group of Jurassic Valleys - is an excellent spot for horse- rides. The lodging-house is dedicated for private horses. We ensure professional 24-hours care, spacious boxes, hay from ecological meadows, oat from fields owned by Krakow Valley and big grassy paddocks.
