Opasły Tom (Bursting Tome) is owned by siblings Agnieszka Kręglicka and Marcin Kręglicki, Warsaw restaurateurs. The restaurant is located in what once was a distinguished boookstore of a State Publishing Institute. In the 60's it housed a legendary café, a place for intellectual feasts for elite members of Warsaw society. Signature recipes are presented at Opasly Tom by consecutive invited Chefs. Individual and unique dishes are hand prepared in harmony with the idea of slow food, based on Polish regional products. You can pop in for one quick dish or indulge in the tasting menu. Nontrivial wines selection provided by Tomasz Kolecki.
