Our restaurant is located in Madrid’s oldest winery. After an extraordinary restoration keeping all original elements, it has become a magical space.
The first gallery was built at the beginning of the 17th century becomes the perfect setting to enjoy an unforgettable meal.
Our modern Mediterranean cuisine is full of contrasts and flavors.
At “Bodega de los Secretos”, taste is the most important ingredient. To select products from the market as tasty as the “bluefin tuna”, with which we prepare the “Bluefin tuna Tataki with sesame and mango”, or ” Grilled octopus with pepper oil and foamed potato “, meats so tasty as “Iberian pork secret” or “Oxtail” paired with a red grenache sauce.
