At Mermaid Diving we offer you a first class experience at our award winning PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Dive Centre in Tenerife. We are the only 100% Project AWARE centre & PADI Green Star Award in the Canary Islands. We have our own Diving RIB which is located just a few minutes drive away at Marina San Miguel. We cater for all levels of diver whether you want to learn to dive, continuing your PADI dive education to PADI Instructor level or if you simply just enjoy diving, we are the dive team for you.

We offer the whole range of PADI Diving Experiences from your first breath under water on your PADI Discover Scuba Diving Experience, all the way to the first steps on the PADI Professional Diving ladder. We are also able to offer you a range of PADI Speciaklties so that you can improve your diving abilities and learn more about different areas of diving that you are interested in for instance Wreck diving or night diving.

We don't just offer training of course we also offer a range of recreational dives for certifed divers who are just after some fun relaxing dives on their holidays. We offer boat and shore diving to suit all levels of abilities and experience levels.

We also offer courses and experiences for children from age 8 to participate in scuba activities, there are the PADi Bubble Maker and Seal Team sessions for children up to age 10 and then from age 10 they can complete the Junior PADI courses.

If you love the wáter but don't dive then we can take you out for snorkelling excursions, both from the shore and from the boat, so that you can explore our dive sites from above.

Here in Tenerife there is an amazing wealth of aquatic life to be found, we have several difference species of Rays, Octopus, Cuttlefish, Moray Eels, as well as on every dive the typical fish of the canary islands, wrasse, Bream, Damsels, Scorpian Fish, Trumpet Fish, Flounders and puffer fish.
